Crippling RA is rampant amongst First Australians

On a recent visit to remote indigenous communities Dragon Claw saw that there was an urgent need to help local first Australian suffers of these diseases as many did not fully appreciate the importance of taking their medication on a regular basis.

Dragon Claw was determined to address this issue and decided to launch the world’s first educational pilot program to remote first nations peoples anywhere in the world specifically on RA.

Fatigue is a common symptom in RA and a major patient issue. It is one of the most important symptoms for patients with RA, and impacts negatively on patients’ lives and their quality of life.

Patients have described it as overwhelming and unpredictable and can include physical fatigue (e.g. levels of physical energy), cognitive fatigue (e.g. concentration and clarity of thought), living with fatigue (e.g. ability to carry out activities of daily living and social activities) and
